FOR NON-US CITIZENS

  • Remote Online Notarization COMING SOON!

A Florida Notary Public can now accept non-U.S. identification and provide remote notarization to non-U.S. citizens.  The platforms currently used to perform remote notarizations DO NOT offer this.  We are actively working on innovative ways to accommodate non-U.S. signers so please check back with us again soon.

If you meet all of the above credentials, then LET’S GET STARTED with these simple steps:

STEP 1 - SEND DOCUMENTS

Email or fax the unsigned document(s) for remote notarization.

STEP 2 - IDENTITY SCREENING

In accordance with Florida Law, each signer is required to successfully complete an identity verification online. This screening includes each signer uploading a picture of their identification, providing your social security number, date of birth, answering 4 security questions in under 2 minutes, and adopting an electronic signature.

DocVerify audio and video platform is used to notarize general documents and real estate closings remotely. For instructions, please click here.

Signix audio and video platform is used to notarize estate planning remotely.  You may watch a tutorial video for the identity screening here.
