FOR US CITIZENS
- You are a United States Citizen.
- You are over the age of 18.
- You have a social security number.
- You have a valid Driver License or Identification Card issued by U.S., Canada, or Mexico.
- You have at least 5 years of credit history.
- You have a United States phone number.
- You have access to a Computer, Tablet or Smart Phone with audio and video capabilities along with internet access.
- You are of sound mind, alert, and mentally competent at the time of signing.
- Additional requirements may apply based on the documents being signed.
FOR DUAL OR NON-US CITIZENS
- You are over the age of 18.
- You have a valid Driver License, Identification Card, Passport stamped by the United States Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services, sworn written statement of one credible witness personally known to the notary public or the sworn written statement of two credible witnesses.
- Native English speaker. If you DO NOT speak English, a duplicate document must be provided in your native language and a translator must be present for the remote signing (virtually or in-person).
- You have access to a smartphone, tablet or computer with audio and video capabilities along with internet access.
- You are of sound mind, alert, and mentally competent at the time of signing.
- Additional requirements may apply based on the documents being signed.
