COMMITMENT POLICY
A $25.00 fee shall be applied to you if you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment, whether virtual or in person, or if you fail to show for a scheduled appointment, whether virtual or in-person, without providing 24-hour notice.
BOUNCED CHECK POLICY
If your check is returned for insufficient funds, we will charge you $25 plus any fee charged to us by our bank. Future payments will only be accepted by cash or certified funds.
DELINQUENT PAYMENTS
An interest charge shall be applied to all fees each month that the bill is delinquent beginning one month after the invoice is generated. All fees not paid within 6 months or less will be submitted to a debt collector.
