Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years as a Florida Commissioned Notary Public
Certified Signing Agent a plus
Registered as a Remote Online Notary in the State of Florida
Bilingual (English and Spanish, French, or ASL)
DocVerify or SIGNiX familiarity preferred
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF
Experience with Zoom.us, Google Meet or Office Teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Customer Service experience
High School Diploma/GED level education
Access to a computer with audio and video communication, internet access, printer and scanner
Full Job Description:
This is independent employer contract. Responsible for preparing and uploading various documents for remote notarization, provide first-line technical troubleshooting, and be the face of FVN as you virtually walk signers through eSigning their documents in a remote online notarization. Abide by all state legislation as he or she completes identity verification with signers, apply notarial statements accordingly, and administer oaths as needed during notarization.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Email correspondence, phone answering, critical thinking, organizational skills, and adaptability to high stress situations
Maintain and track secure e-journal and e-storage
Responding to customer inquiries and requests; assisting with escalated customer issues and working with the complaint toward dispute resolution; maintenance to customer or account
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF
Experience with Zoom.us, Google Meet or Office Teams

Knowledge of customer service, office management, basic bookkeeping procedures

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Checking and responding to emails promptly and professionally, answering and/or routing calls, troubleshoot emergencies, sort mail and/or emails
Processing payments, billing, data entry, reaching out to clients for missing documents or info, including payment
Organizing and maintaining electronic files, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently
Communicate with clients via phone, video, e-mails, and chats.
Reliable transportation, attentive to detail and work independently
Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met
Qualifications:
Skilled in Microsoft Office
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Professional customer service and phone experience
Bilingual preferred
