How It Works

We provide mobile in-person notarizations to individuals physically located in Palm Beach, Broward, Martin and Miami-Dade counties. You may book an appointment by phone via email or online here and meet the following credentials:

You are over the age of 18.
You have a valid Driver License, Identification Card, Passport, Military ID or Resident Alien Card.
Unsigned documents for notarization.
You are of sound mind, alert, and mentally competent at the time of signing.
Additional requirements may apply based on the documents being signed.

If you meet all of the above credentials, then LET’S GET STARTED with these simple steps:

Step 1.

Email a copy of the signer’s valid identification and/or the documents for notarization.

Step 2.

Prior to your scheduled appointment you will receive an email confirming your date and time.

Step 3.

All signers MUST be present at the scheduled notarization date, time and location.
