Office Notarization

If you desire to sign documents in-person at our office located at 7000 W. Palmetto Park Road, Suite 210, Boca Raton, Florida 33433, please ensure that you book an appointment in advance online here and meet the following credentials:

• You are over the age of 18.
• You have a valid Driver License, Identification Card, Passport, Military ID or Resident Alien Card.
• Documents for notarization.
• You are of sound mind, alert, and mentally competent at the time of signing.
• Additional requirements may apply based on the documents being signed.
