We are most known for providing remote notarizations for general documents such as Florida Department of Motor Vehicles documents, Florida permits and real property deeds in states that accept electronic signatures.
We also provide notarizations remotely and/or in-person for estate planning documents, court documents and loan documents.
With that said, when individuals are submitting documents for notarization whether in-person or online, we recommend that the signers submit the following:
- The completed unsigned document(s) for notarization;
- Valid State issued Driver License, Identification Card or U.S. Passport; and
- Signing Instructions, if any.
Additional requirements may apply based on if the documents will be signed in-person or remotely.
