Here I am!
Hi, I am Genna Rubolino, Certified Paralegal, Florida Registered Paralegal, Florida Notary Public and I founded FVN in February of this year. I saw a demand for remote notarization before the shift of the economy due to the Pandemic in March. FVN was initially a side-hustle for me to moonlight as a remote notary while juggling my active paralegal job. However, once the COVID-19 restrictions hit Florida, FVN quickly became a full-time job. We now have multiple contractors assisting with remote notarizations, apostilles, electronic records maintenance and Remote Notarization Continuing Legal Education accreditation webinars and training from 8:00am to 8:00pm, every day. Prior to starting a small business, I was an active member of the Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc. where I began networking with Florida paralegals and helping the community. I have spoken at Florida Atlantic University where I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business and obtained my Paralegal Studies Certificate. I enjoy mentoring paralegals and notaries by providing my experience, strength, and hope. I look forward to growing my business and continuing to play an active role in the paralegal community.
