We can provide a remote notarization for U.S. Citizens physically located anywhere in the world. However, we request that if the documents are being used outside of Florida that each signer confirm that the recipient will accept an electronically signed and notarized document prior to the signing.
We have found that many states, like Florida, accept an electronic signature as an original, however not all states. Therefore, we recommend that if you are interested in using our services, you confirm with the recipient directly prior to scheduling an appointment.
Additionally, it is our understanding that if the documents are being used outside of the country, other countries will accept an electronically signed document if it has an apostille. We provide apostilles for any country if the document is notarized by a Florida Notary Public.
